We Work with your Insurance

Until recently, most insurance companies would write off vehicles with drug contamination as total losses. This is because previous methods for drug remediation were extremely costly and caused significant collateral damage to vehicles.

Now, thanks to modern molecular abatement technology and AA Decon’s innovative methods, we can work with your insurance company and/or auto rebuild shop to restore your vehicle to its original safe condition.

Begin with an Accurate Assessment

As with all things in the drug remediation industry, if you’re dealing with potential drug contamination in your vehicle, the first step to take is to order an assessment from AA Decon.

Our knowledgeable, experienced, and, above all, honest technician will come to the vehicle to perform the assessment. During the assessment, our technician will take several stratgeic wipe samples in the interior of your vehicle. Those samples will be sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis. After 3-5 business days, we’ll have the lab results back and will deliver to you our Assessment Report for your vehicle.

Meth/Fentanyl Decontamination

If drug contamination is confirmed, our flat-rate vehicle decontamination service is able to successfully remediate the contaminants within your vehicle to a safe level.

Our proprietary method for remediating any and all harmful substances, including Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and even mold and tobacco odor, is fast, effective, and affordable.

Our certified technicians will perform Post-Decontamination Sampling to verify that remediation has been successful so you can have peace of mind.

Final Step – Post-Decontamination Assessment

To confirm that remediation efforts have been successful, our crew will perform another Assessment within the interior of your vehicle. If contamination levels have not been fully remediated, our crew will perform one additional round of decontamination measures followed by additional sampling for no additional cost.

What if my Insurance Company Still Wants to Total my Vehicle?

If your insurance company decides that totaling your vehicle is your only option, we can help you properly decontaminate the vehicle after you buy it back from your insurance company.

Resources for re-titling your decontaminated vehicle are found on the Washington Department of Licensing’s website here.
